We provide instruction on a one on one basis for all levels. Pricing is based on a sliding scale and is adjusted according to the students requirements and equpiment. Discounts available for group classes of three people or more.

Photography: Basics and Beyond
Curious about your camera? Did you get an SLR and are not sure how to make the most of such a powerful picture taking machine? We would be happy to walk you through some of the basics or, something more specific. Tell us what you'd like to know!
Darkroom: Chemistry, Developing Film and Printing
The darkroom is not a lost art and there are still plenty of people doing it. Get some hands on experience on how to shoot, develop and print your own black and white film.
Lighting: With off camera flash
Our specialty, and easily or favorite topic. Learn to light like a pro with the most basic equipment. We do monthly workshops on this topic, sign up now!

Wedding packages can be as diverse as our clients, as such, we do not set up static wedding packages that our customers are limited to. Believeing that our clients are more than able to decide what they want from there photographs has been at the core of R.J. Hidson Photo since its beginnigs.
Weddings start as low as $500 for basic coverage and go from there, you can spend as much as you woud like to. Photographs of important events are not just something you do for keep-sakes, but an investment in the only record of one of the most imporant days of your life. After all it's better to have a few great photos that bring you back to those precious moments rather than have a few thousand photos that just fill up your hard drive.
